The old water heater developed a leak at the tank. We decided to go with a tankless water heater as a replacement. This seller shipped the product faster than we imagined. The product was In perfect condition, and operates flawlessly. The water Is as hot as we could handle and never fluctuates or runs out. In a home with a wife and 2 female teens hot water was always In short supply before.It uses less gas so eventually the product will pay for Itself.
Be sure to do research and get the right unit for your home. There are many variations for all situations. Indoor,outdoor,electric,natural gas,LP gas,and GPM all need to be considered before you make your decision.

Well, I only know this brand, so I happy with it. I have hot water all the time, and I saving about 10 to 15 dollar a month in gas, and water. Very good!
