We live in a small trailer, and this is just the thing for us. Before we had a water heater that only held 15 Gallons. That makes for 1 load of dishes, or one 10 minute hot shower. You can imagine my delight to have endless hot water. The only downfall we found is that we had to replace the breaker to the trailer because if we ran anything with the tankless, it would flip the breaker because our previous one was too small. But no big deal, and we're still lovin it!
I purposefully bought as large as I could within the limits of my electrical sub-board in our garage. This heats water in the dead of a Colorado winter to a dual-head shower without difficulty. It also is triggered by a lower flow rate than maybe all of its competitors such that a half opened faucet gets hot water. It's water supply is the hot water line from the water heater in the basement, so after 2-3minutes the load on it drops significantly. It's been in use a year now without issue in our master bath.
